What You’ll Do
- Assist clients at the help desk, providing information and support related to labour legislation.
- Address and resolve complaints concerning the Integrated Employment Services (IES) within established protocols.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the efficient operation of the Labour Centre.
- Participate in advocacy sessions to promote understanding of labour rights and services.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Matric qualification.
- Knowledge of relevant Labour Legislations and Regulations, including Public Service Act and Batho Pele principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and the ability to interpret legislation.
- Problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.
