What You’ll Do
- Provide registration services for work-seekers on the Employment Services South Africa (ESSA) platform.
- Facilitate the registration of available work and learning opportunities through ESSA.
- Refer work-seekers for Employment Counselling services to guide them in their job search.
- Offer administrative support for placing work-seekers in suitable employment and learning opportunities.
- Perform general administrative duties and participate in advocacy sessions when needed.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines, along with labor legislation and the Employment Services Act.
- Familiarity with Batho Pele principles to ensure public service excellence.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and effective listening skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and interviewing skills.
- Ability to interpret relevant legislation effectively.
