What You’ll Do

  • Market PES services to stakeholders to create job opportunities.
  • Conduct recruitment and selection of registered work seekers.
  • Process requests for International Cross-Border Labour Migration.
  • Advise on the availability of skills within the local job market.
  • Supervise the registration and referral of work seekers for the department.
  • Monitor and implement employment schemes and Labour Activation programmes.
  • Oversee the administration of employer services at the labour centre.

What You’ll Need

  • A three-year relevant qualification in Social Science, Public Administration, Business Management, or Public Management.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
  • At least two years of functional experience in a client-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of the Employment Service Act, Unemployment Insurance Act, and related legislation.
  • Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and report writing.
