What You’ll Do

  • Administer Supply Chain Management resources efficiently.
  • Manage the requisition and acquisition of stock and service orders.
  • Receive and process invoices related to supply chain activities.
  • Conduct general administration duties in storerooms, ensuring optimal management of equipment and stock.
  • Assist with vehicle fleet administration and management of Moveable Government Property.
  • Perform various supply chain administration tasks as required.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 recognized by SAQA).
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
  • General computer literacy skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Demonstrated planning, organizing, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
