What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the transportation and storage of question papers and other examination materials.
  • Clean and organize strong rooms, ensuring old question papers are safely removed.
  • Pack and strap question papers and marksheets into boxes for distribution.
  • Count stock during stocktaking processes to maintain accurate inventory.
  • Prepare and file all related documents, including checklists and way bills.
  • Support logistical arrangements for training and assist with the distribution of circulars.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to the processing and dispatch of examination materials.
  • Contribute to the cleaning and maintenance of marking venues and preparation for marking sessions.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum qualification of Grade 10 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Education Department Service Delivery Charter (Batho Pele principles).
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in at least two official languages of the province.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment, including a strapping machine and photocopy machine.
  • Strong numerical skills for managing scripts and marksheets.
