What You’ll Do
- Assist in transporting question papers from the print room to the Head Office.
- Maintain cleanliness in the strong room by removing old question papers.
- Prepare boxes using a staple gun and strap them securely for packing.
- Pack question papers and marksheets in an organized manner for distribution.
- Support the counting and sorting of materials during stocktaking.
- Assist with the scanning and filing of question papers and related documentation.
- Help with the logistical arrangements for marking, including transportation of scripts and materials.
- Contribute to the preparation of marking venues and assist with clean-up processes post-examinations.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of the Education Department’s Service Delivery Charter (Batho Pele).
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in at least two official languages.
- Ability to operate a strapping machine, staple gun, and photocopy/fax machine.
- Strong numerical skills for handling scripts and marksheets.
