What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the transportation and storage of question papers and marksheets.
  • Clean and organize storage areas, ensuring all materials are properly maintained.
  • Pack, strap, and label boxes for efficient distribution of educational materials.
  • Support the counting and sorting of stock during inventory checks.
  • Prepare materials for scanning and marking processes.
  • Assist with the dispatch and collection of examination materials to various institutions.
  • Ensure documentation, such as waybills and checklists, are accurately completed and filed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during peak periods.
  • Participate in the preparation of marking venues and logistics for training sessions.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of Grade 10 or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Knowledge of the Education Department’s Service Delivery Charter (Batho Pele).
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in at least two official languages of the province.
  • Basic numerical skills for handling scripts and marksheets.
  • Ability to operate various office equipment, including strapping machines, staple guns, and photocopiers.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
