What You’ll Do

  • Support patient registration and ensure accurate capturing of billing information.
  • Assist in managing debts and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Monitor compliance with revenue management policies and procedures.
  • Help improve data quality initiatives to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to streamline financial processes and enhance patient experiences.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate/Grade 12 plus a Diploma/Degree (NQF Level 6/7) in Finance, Financial Management, or Management Accounting as recognized by SAQA.
  • Knowledge and experience in provisioning administration, specifically with LOGIS and the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework (PPPFA).
  • Familiarity with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations, along with a general understanding of the Basic Accounting System (BAS).
  • Computer literacy and strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good management and supervisory skills, with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
