What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the processing of creditor payments within 30 days.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and the authenticity of supporting documents.
- Prepare and submit paid batches for proper filing.
- Address queries from service providers promptly.
- Maintain and prepare monthly creditor accounts and expenditure reports.
- Track all forms of payments using a payment register.
- Assist in the preparation of the In-year monitoring report and expenditure documentation.
- Identify misallocations of funds and assist in preparing budget processes.
- Manage cash flow effectively.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior certificate and a National Diploma (NQF 6) in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Financial Management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, and business practices.
- Familiarity with BAS, LOGIS, and PERSAL systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Strong multitasking and general administration capabilities.
