What You’ll Do

• Provide basic clinical nursing care to patients in the theatre setting.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to meet individual needs.
• Ensure effective utilisation of resources within the hospital.
• Maintain professional growth and uphold ethical nursing standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Be flexible and willing to work overtime, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

What You’ll Need

• Qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Staff Nurse.
• Current registration with the SANC as a Staff Nurse.
• For Grade 2: A minimum of 10 years’ appropriate experience in nursing.
• For Grade 3: A minimum of 20 years’ appropriate experience in nursing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
