What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Directorate and Directorate
- Manage and coordinate the diary of the manager, ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls and messages
- Organize logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and travel itineraries
- Maintain an orderly filing system for both electronic and manual documents
- Assist with the preparation and quality assurance of reports and submissions
- Provide secretariat support during meetings and draft minutes as required
- Uphold a professional office environment, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Good understanding of public sector operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
