The Provincial Office is seeking a Senior Provisioning Admin Officer: Logistics to play a crucial role in ensuring efficient supply chain management and logistical operations. What You’ll Do
- Authorise purchase orders and ensure their accuracy.
- Compile and review statistics of approved, changed, and closed orders.
- Print and manage purchase orders for logistical operations.
- Participate in stocktaking of institutional inventory.
- Supervise and mentor staff to enhance their performance and skills.
- Prepare monthly reports to track procurement activities and outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Logistics Management, Financial Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant field, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of supervisory practices, service delivery innovation, and client orientation.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Familiarity with public service management and Batho Pele Principles.
