What You’ll Do
- Drive light and medium motor vehicles for transportation of goods and documents.
- Provide messenger support services within the office, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and logbooks for vehicles and goods handled.
- Perform routine maintenance on allocated vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
- Support various office functions, including registry tasks and photocopying.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of Grade 10 qualification.
- 7 to 12 months of relevant experience.
- A valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
- Knowledge of vehicle operation procedures, including trip authorities and logbook completion.
- Understanding of proper vehicle maintenance and messenger function procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
