What You’ll Do

• Drive light and medium motor vehicles for transportation of goods and documents.
• Provide messenger support services within the office, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and logbooks for vehicles and goods handled.
• Perform routine maintenance on allocated vehicles to ensure safety and reliability.
• Support various office functions, including registry tasks and photocopying.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of Grade 10 qualification.
• 7 to 12 months of relevant experience.
• A valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of vehicle operation procedures, including trip authorities and logbook completion.
• Understanding of proper vehicle maintenance and messenger function procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
