What You’ll Do
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and procurement processes
- Obtain and compare quotations from various suppliers
- Recommend suppliers based on price and quality assessments
- Maintain detailed records of stock levels and materials
- Conduct regular stock verifications and report any discrepancies
- Prepare monthly reports on purchases and stock consumption
What You’ll Need
- NQF Level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA
- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics is an advantage
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related fields
- Valid driver’s license (except for candidates with disabilities)
- Knowledge of PFMA and Treasury Regulations
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
- Good record-keeping skills
