What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update the Chief Director’s diary and schedule daily activities.
  • Provide secretarial and receptionist support services to the Chief Director.
  • Record and manage the engagements of the Chief Director efficiently.
  • Ensure the effective flow of information and documentation to and from the office.
  • Arrange appointments and prepare relevant materials, including agendas and minutes.
  • Handle classified documents with care and confidentiality.
  • Manage general office duties and provide hospitality services to guests and visitors.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF Level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA; qualifications in Secretary, Management Assistant, or Office Administration are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in office management or administration.
  • A valid driver’s license (not applicable for individuals with disabilities).
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong report writing, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Good record-keeping abilities and customer service skills.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Effective time management skills.
