What You’ll Do

  • Perform all administrative tasks related to personnel management, including managing appointments and service terminations.
  • Capture transactions on the PERSAL system and maintain accurate personnel and leave records.
  • Respond to personnel inquiries and correspondence, ensuring effective communication within the college.
  • Organise and maintain registers related to personnel processes, such as appointments and terminations.
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes, supporting the college in attracting the right talent.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and circulars relevant to personnel administration.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum educational qualification of a Senior Certificate or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in People Management and familiarity with PERSAL systems.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
  • A valid Driver’s License and willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure.
