What You’ll Do
- Lead financial modelling and database management activities to support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial and non-financial data, providing insights and recommendations.
- Oversee data governance, ensuring accuracy, extraction, validation, and quality assurance of information.
- Continuously review and enhance financial reporting models and develop automated reporting solutions.
- Monitor expenditure, cash flow, and budget performance through forecasting and variance analysis.
- Prepare cost estimates and financial assessments to inform planning and resource allocation.
- Build analytical capabilities within the organization by providing guidance and training on financial reporting and forecasting methodologies.
- Manage and develop staff to ensure effective delivery of financial analytical services.
What You’ll Need
- A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Data Science, Finance, Accounting).
- Relevant experience in financial data analysis, management accounting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with database management tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and Power Query.
- Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clean and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across various organizational levels.
