What You’ll Do

• Lead financial modelling and database management activities to support strategic planning and budgeting.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial and non-financial data, providing insights and recommendations.
• Oversee data governance, ensuring accuracy, extraction, validation, and quality assurance of information.
• Continuously review and enhance financial reporting models and develop automated reporting solutions.
• Monitor expenditure, cash flow, and budget performance through forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare cost estimates and financial assessments to inform planning and resource allocation.
• Build analytical capabilities within the organization by providing guidance and training on financial reporting and forecasting methodologies.
• Manage and develop staff to ensure effective delivery of financial analytical services.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of a 3-year National Diploma/Degree in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Data Science, Finance, Accounting).
• Relevant experience in financial data analysis, management accounting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with database management tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and Power Query.
• Valid Code B/EB driver’s license.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to clean and interpret complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across various organizational levels.
