What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical and administrative support in developing and implementing the OCJ Service Delivery Charter and SDIP.
  • Participate in drafting and monitoring the SDIP, including creating reporting templates for quarterly and annual assessments.
  • Coordinate Public Service Month activities and Integrated Public Service Programmes, ensuring effective communication and awareness campaigns.
  • Support the development and implementation of the OCJ Strategic and Annual Performance Plans.
  • Maintain accurate records management and assist with administrative tasks within the Strategy and Service Delivery Planning Unit.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma in Public Administration or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 6, as recognized by SAQA.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of Service Delivery Improvement Programmes and Batho Pele Principles.
  • Strong skills in computer literacy, time management, report writing, and communication.
  • Attributes such as honesty, accountability, teamwork, attention to detail, flexibility, creativity, and self-motivation.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
