What You’ll Do

  • Maintain the component’s register and documentation for easy access and reference.
  • Oversee human resource functions and provide supervision to team members.

What You’ll Need

  • An NQF level 6 qualification (National Diploma) in Public or Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in administration.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and the dispute resolution process.
  • Understanding of social and economic development issues.
  • Basic financial management skills and familiarity with the PFMA.
  • Excellent problem-solving, client orientation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage diversity and uphold ethical conduct.
