What You’ll Do
- Receive and deposit state money to ensure accurate financial management.
- Maintain comprehensive revenue registers for tracking purposes.
- Batch receipts and manage documentation related to financial transactions.
- Provide petty cash services to support departmental operations.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to revenue control and finance.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- No prior experience required, making this a great opportunity for fresh talent.
- Basic knowledge of the RSA Constitution, Public Service Act, and Public Finance Management Act.
- Familiarity with Basic Accounting System (BAS) and Treasury Regulations.
- Strong skills in financial management, computer literacy (MS Office), and effective communication.
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
