What You’ll Do

• Manage financial operations, including revenue collection and daily deposits.
• Ensure the safety and proper maintenance of resort facilities and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections of chalets, camping sites, and common areas to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the resort and collaborate with local municipalities.
• Welcome guests, handle bookings, and address any inquiries or complaints to ensure a pleasant stay.
• Supervise resort staff, manage performance, and coordinate training and development opportunities.
• Maintain administrative functions, including managing resources and equipment.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Resort Management (NQF Level 7).
• 3-4 years of experience in a tourism or hospitality management role.
• Proficiency in computer applications and a valid driver’s license.
• A solid understanding of tourism regulations and industry standards.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and report writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
