About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Administer an effective filing system and manage record services.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence within the unit.
- Process documents for archiving and disposal as needed.
- Promote access to information in compliance with relevant legislation.
- Ensure adherence to information security standards, including the Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS) and the Protection of Information Act.
- Supervise and manage human, physical, and financial resources allocated to the environment.
What You’ll Need
- A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational) recorded on the National Learner Record Database at NQF Level 4.
- At least four (4) years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in at least two (2) official languages, including English.
- South African citizenship with documentary proof required at the interview.
- A clean criminal record and no pending departmental cases.
- Strong computer literacy and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Organizational skills and relevant tertiary qualifications or developmental courses will be an advantage.
