What You’ll Do

• Implement and monitor effective supply chain management procedures.
• Verify compliance of payment vouchers before processing.
• Authorize creditors’ payments using the financial management system.
• Ensure timely processing of creditors’ payments within 30 days.
• Address and resolve queries arising from creditors’ reconciliations.
• Authorize submitted claims on the procurement system.
• Manage petty cash administration.
• Reconcile contract payments efficiently.
• Register and maintain accurate records of all payment vouchers.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Supervise personnel and assess their performance effectively.

What You’ll Need

• National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent NQF 6 qualification.
• A minimum of two years’ relevant experience in supply chain management or creditors payment.
• Proficiency in Walker System and knowledge of Supply Chain Management prescripts (PFMA, PPPFA, Treasury Regulations).
• Strong computer literacy.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Competence in report writing and policy interpretation.
• Skills in financial management, conflict resolution, and personnel supervision.
