What You’ll Do

  • Process applications for conducting other remunerative work as prescribed.
  • Manage the declaration of gifts and support designated officials with financial disclosures.
  • Conduct verification and prepare detailed verification reports.
  • Arrange and facilitate training workshops on ethical conduct and financial disclosures.
  • Maintain and administer the financial disclosure system and related registers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Ethics Committee, including secretariat functions.
  • Handle confidential data and maintain accurate record-keeping.
  • Advise staff on ethical matters and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Risk Management, Ethics, or a related field (equivalent NQF 6 qualification).
  • A minimum of two years’ experience in an Ethics or Integrity Management environment.
  • Knowledge of the Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong coordination and facilitation abilities.
  • Certification as an Ethics Officer is a plus.
