What You’ll Do

  • Provide professional registry counter services to staff and the public
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain an effective filing and record management system
  • Operate office machines relevant to registry functions
  • Process documents for archiving and/or disposal as required

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 qualification (Senior Certificate or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of registry duties and practices
  • Ability to capture data and operate a computer proficiently
  • Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
  • Familiarity with storage and retrieval procedures in a registry environment
  • Competency in electronic records management systems, including scanning and indexing
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to detail in records capturing and filing
  • Planning and organization skills
