What You’ll Do
- Supervise the filing and record management service to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate and handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Manage human resources-related documentation and processes.
- Oversee the processing of documents for archiving and disposal.
- Provide effective registry counter services for public inquiries and support.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in registry or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of registry duties and record-keeping practices.
- Proficiency in data capturing and computer operations.
- Familiarity with the legislative framework governing the public service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong planning and organizing skills to manage workloads effectively.
