What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement departmental performance monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Contribute to maintaining and developing performance indicators and monitoring frameworks.
  • Monitor the implementation of service delivery improvement plans (SDIPs).
  • Facilitate the Department’s Management Performance Assessment Tool (MPAT) process.
  • Provide guidance and support in managing Provincial Project Management Information Systems (including BizSuite).

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate three-year B-Degree or higher qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable policies, legislation, and procedures.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, facilitation, and communication (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to analyse and implement policies effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and standards.
