What You’ll Do
- Process default judgments and ensure compliance with court rules
- Capture and maintain accurate records in the Default applications register
- Execute taxations and manage both opposed and unopposed taxation reviews
- Analyze statistical data to identify trends and address risk factors
- Supervise and develop court staff while ensuring effective operations in courtrooms
- Respond to queries from the Presidential Hotline and other institutions
- Prepare detailed reports on performance and compliance with reporting tools
What You’ll Need
- LLB Degree or a four-year legal qualification recognized by SAQA
- A minimum of two years’ post-graduate legal experience
- Knowledge of registrar’s duties and case flow management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
- A valid driver’s license is advantageous
