What You’ll Do

  • Render psychological interventions, including counselling and crisis intervention.
  • Enhance the mental well-being of employees through integrated health services.
  • Assist in psychometric testing and organizational mental health screenings.
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on wellness initiatives.
  • Manage projects and mental health-related activities.
  • Facilitate psychoeducation and mental health promotion campaigns.
  • Oversee the management of resources and contribute to program development.

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate / Grade 12 and a qualification for registration with HPCSA as a Registered Counsellor.
  • Experience in trauma and suicide interventions, as well as psychometric assessments, is advantageous.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sub-district.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
