What You’ll Do
- Provide contract and tender management support in line with established prescripts.
- Administer open and close tender processes according to Supply Chain Management policies and Treasury Regulations.
- Procure goods and services in compliance with relevant prescripts in the province.
- Offer inventory management support to enhance efficiency within the province.
- Render asset management support to ensure compliance with departmental policies.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 certificate with passed commercial subjects (Business Management, Economics, and Accounting) or an equivalent certificate.
- Knowledge of Public Service Financial Management, Supply Chain Framework, and LOGIS system.
- Familiarity with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act and departmental policies and procedures.
- Skills in client orientation, customer focus, computer literacy, presentation, analytical thinking, communication, and numeracy.
