What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the implementation of training and development programmes according to approved plans.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Work Skills Plan.
  • Process bursary applications in line with departmental policies.
  • Coordinate the Performance Management Development System and Integrated Quality Management System for staff training.
  • Facilitate the development of job descriptions for various positions.
  • Assist in the development, review, and implementation of the Employment Equity Plan for the college.

What You’ll Need

  • Grade 12/National Senior Certificate/NCV level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Recognized National Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development (NQF level 6) or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Human Resource development environment.
  • Knowledge of training coordination and facilitation.
  • Understanding of the Employment Equity Act and related systems.
  • Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in computer literacy.
  • A valid driver’s license would be an added advantage.
