What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative support for contract and tender management.
  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services according to departmental policies.
  • Administer both open and close tender processes in line with SCM policies and Treasury Regulations.
  • Support inventory and asset management to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery within the province.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate with passed Commercial Subjects (Business Management, Economics, and Accounting) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of the Public Financial Management Act (PFMA) and Supply Chain Framework.
  • Familiarity with the LOGIS System and Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act.
  • Strong client orientation and customer focus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication, analytical ability, and numeracy skills.
