What You’ll Do

  • Provide general clerical support services to the court.

  • Maintain personnel records and manage the leave register.
  • Organise travel arrangements and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Support logistical arrangements for meetings and compile minutes and memos.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of clerical duties and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of Public Service Regulations and confidentiality principles.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
