What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective implementation of project standards.
  • Define and implement project governance models and methodologies.
  • Monitor project performance, conducting data and trend analysis to drive improvements.
  • Support project managers in executing projects while consolidating project scheduling and dependencies.
  • Facilitate review workshops and milestone assessments with project stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits on project documentation and business cases.
  • Manage project resources, including budgets, human resources, and timelines.
  • Administer procurement services, including responding to tender enquiries and managing contract variations.
  • Oversee the successful closure of projects, ensuring all documentation and final invoices are completed.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management at a junior management level.
  • A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for project-related activities.
  • Proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., MS Project) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and IT-related projects.
  • Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Financial management skills and the ability to coordinate and oversee project resources.
