What You’ll Do

• Provide direction and supervision to junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to nursing plans and quality care standards.

• Efficiently utilize human and physical resources to enhance patient care and operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Need

• A Basic R425 qualification (diploma or degree in nursing) or an equivalent qualification allowing registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• Previous experience in nursing is considered beneficial for this position.
• A Certificate of Service, if available, to support your application.
• Strong communication skills to foster effective teamwork and patient interaction.
