What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Comply with healthcare legislation, departmental policies, and ethical guidelines.
• Implement quality assurance and infection prevention measures.
• Advocate for patients’ health needs, rights, and expectations.
• Deliver health education and counselling to patients and their families.

What You’ll Need

• Recognized Degree/National Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence.
• Knowledge of nursing care processes, statutes, and relevant legal frameworks.
• Strong communication, report-writing, and problem-solving skills.
• Planning and organizing abilities, along with coordination skills.
