What You’ll Do

• Provide optimal and holistic nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Promote and advocate for proper treatment and patient care.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, staff, and the public.

What You’ll Need

• Grade 12/Senior Certificate or equivalent.
• Basic R425 qualification (diploma/degree in nursing) allowing registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
• Current registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse.
• Minimum of 4 years of appropriate experience as a General Nurse post-registration.
• One year of post-basic qualification in Critical Care Nursing Science accredited by SANC.
• Strong understanding of nursing legislation and ethical practices.
• Good interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and advocacy.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
