What You’ll Do
- Administer advertised vacant posts within the government structure.
- Coordinate selection processes to ensure effective recruitment.
- Facilitate PERSAL appointments and manage placement coordination.
- Organize acting appointments and transfers for staff as required.
What You’ll Need
- Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, or Public Administration as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 1-year relevant experience in a related field.
- A valid South African driver’s license (with exceptions for persons with disabilities).
- Strong knowledge of public service legislation and relevant prescripts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in report writing and computer literacy.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a self-motivated attitude.
