What You’ll Do

  • Monitor the implementation of UIA and COIDA strategy programs.
  • Provide expert advice on sector-specific UIA and COIDA matters.
  • Control processes for monitoring and evaluating the impact of UIA and COIDA programs.
  • Regularly oversee the implementation of Advocacy Campaigns on COIDA, especially during amendments.
  • Manage resources within the Inspectorate and Enforcement Unit to ensure effective operations.

What You’ll Need

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Labour Relations Management, BCOM Law, LLB, or Internal Audit (3 years).
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years functional experience in Auditing or Financial Management.
  • Knowledge of departmental policies, Batho Pele Principles, and relevant labor legislation.
  • Strong skills in facilitation, planning, organization, and computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
