What You’ll Do

  • Administer conditions of service and benefits for department staff
  • Provide advisory support regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Process appointments and service terminations efficiently
  • Manage the administration of pension benefits
  • Assist in the review of policies related to conditions of service
  • Engage relevant stakeholders in policy-making processes
  • Compile monthly reports for the HR Manager
  • Support data gathering and reporting on Audit findings

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6/National Diploma) in Human Resources Management or Public Administration
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources Management, focusing on Human Resource Administration
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of HR standards, practices, processes, and procedures
  • Familiarity with PERSAL and CORE systems
  • Ability to interpret legislative frameworks such as PSA, PSR, and EEA
  • Competency in data analysis, research, and report writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and negotiation abilities
  • Capacity to perform under pressure while managing conflicts
