What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the provisioning of human resources for educators and public service staff
- Monitor recruitment processes to ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Oversee personnel transfers and secondments for staff within the education sector
- Process grade progression and rank translations for educational employees
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient human resource management
What You’ll Need
- NQF level 6 qualification recognized by SAQA
- A qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Public Management is advantageous
- Certificate in PERSAL
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in record management or a related field
- Valid driver’s license (except for individuals with disabilities)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in planning and organizing tasks
- Functional computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook)
