What You’ll Do

  • Assist with basic registry tasks, including sorting and faxing mail.
  • Ensure the safekeeping of important documents.
  • Distribute and deliver mail, documents, files, and parcels to service centres or satellite offices.
  • Collect mail and parcels for internal and external units.
  • Maintain and update the document register.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of an ABET qualification.
  • Driving ability and experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to obtain a Military Driver’s Licence.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Basic planning and organising skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment (photocopier, fax, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
