What You’ll Do

  • Perform messenger functions, ensuring timely delivery of documents and parcels.
  • Sort and arrange correspondences in the registry for easy access.
  • Collect, distribute, and circulate various forms of correspondence, including mail and files.
  • Record and manage correspondence registers accurately.
  • Ensure all items collected are sealed and correctly addressed.
  • Deliver items to the designated recipients and obtain their signatures.
  • Maintain delivery records and log details in the delivery book/register.
  • Assist with general office tasks, such as copying, faxing, and shredding documents.

What You’ll Need

  • NQF level 3 (Grade 10 Certificate or equivalent).
  • A valid Code B driving license.
  • Strong numeracy skills and sound organizational abilities.
  • Excellent people skills with a client-oriented approach.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with operating office equipment.
