What You’ll Do

• Administer the registration of new users on the operational system.
• Maintain user management on the operational system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Administer operational systems by logging and responding to calls for support.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance system functionalities and user experience.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification in Operations Management, Computer Science, or Informatics at NQF Level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
• A passion for learning and growing within the public service sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Knowledge of operations systems, systems development, and database management.
• Proficiency in report writing, computer literacy, and analytical skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and effective planning and organizing skills.
