What You’ll Do

• Collect, sort, and weigh soiled linen to prepare for washing
• Operate machines and equipment for laundry services
• Manage linen stock control and oversee the linen room
• Execute occupational health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Provide support to supervisors and rotate between different departments as needed

What You’ll Need

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Relevant experience in laundry services
• Willingness to perform manual labor, including handling heavy linen bags
• Ability to manage heavily soiled linen containing human excretions and blood
• Good communication skills and a sense of accountability
• Capability to work independently and unsupervised
• Knowledge of laundry services and hygiene practices
