What You’ll Do
- Assemble ranks and issue medals and accessories according to their issue vouchers.
- Manage the stocktaking process and finalize inventory records.
- Capture data for medals and accessories in the Provisioning Administration System (PAS).
- Conduct stock counts on medals and accessories and oversee the disposal of old uniforms.
- Collaborate with other officials to ensure the smooth operation of supply chain management tasks.
What You’ll Need
- Competency in the core functions of the role.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- ABET Level 4/Grade 9/Standard 7/NQF Level 1 certification with proof as required.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to read and write effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner in interactions with colleagues.
- Capability to operate basic machines and equipment.
- Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
