What You’ll Do

• Offload stock and materials from trucks, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Check stock for quality and quantity against external receipts, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Report any damages to the supervisor and transit-in clerk promptly.
• Assist in counting and checking all items during stocktaking events.
• Support the warehouse manager with transit-in tasks and stock reception.
• Drive a forklift for loading and transporting ammunition safely.
• Extinguish field fires during stock destruction operations as required.

What You’ll Need

• Competency in the core functions of the Labourer position.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
• South African citizenship with documentation proof.
• ABET Level 4/Grade 9/Standard 7/NQF Level 1 qualification.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Capability to interact professionally with colleagues.
• Willingness to operate elementary machines and equipment.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
