What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the implementation of the risk management framework and strategies.
  • Participate in research activities related to various aspects of risk management.
  • Support communication and training initiatives within the Risk Management programme.
  • Administer and manage fraud accounts to protect the integrity of UIF operations.

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Risk Management, Internal Control, Corporate Governance, Compliance, Public Management, or Public Administration at NQF Level 6, as recognized by SAQA.
  • No prior experience required; however, candidates must not have participated in any internship programme in the public or private sector.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management Policies and Strategies, Batho Pele Principles, and Anti-Fraud and Corruption Policies.
  • Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to present information effectively, write reports, and manage time efficiently while solving problems.
