What You’ll Do
- Assist in performing organizational design services within the UIF.
- Develop, review, and update business processes and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide support in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions within the Fund.
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that align with the UIF’s objectives.
- Engage in problem-solving and planning activities to address organizational challenges.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Management Services, Production Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Work-Study, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
- No prior experience is required; this role is ideal for those who have never participated in any Internship Programme in either the public or private sector.
- Knowledge of organizational development and change management strategies.
- Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
- Excellent time management, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and report writing abilities.
