What You’ll Do

• Assist in performing organizational design services within the UIF.
• Develop, review, and update business processes and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide support in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions within the Fund.
• Collaborate with team members to implement strategies that align with the UIF’s objectives.
• Engage in problem-solving and planning activities to address organizational challenges.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification in Management Services, Production Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Work-Study, or Industrial and Organizational Psychology at NQF Level 6, recognized by SAQA.
• No prior experience is required; this role is ideal for those who have never participated in any Internship Programme in either the public or private sector.
• Knowledge of organizational development and change management strategies.
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
• Excellent time management, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and report writing abilities.
