What You’ll Do

  • Participate in the customization of business application processes
  • Provide support in gathering and documenting requirements for business application improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiencies

What You’ll Need

  • An undergraduate qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or Computer Systems Engineering at NQF level 6, as recognized by SAQA
  • A willingness to learn and contribute without prior internship experience in public or private sectors
  • Knowledge of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), Electronic Communication and Transactions Act (ECTA), Cybercrimes Act, and National Archives and Records Services Act
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and analytical problem-solving
  • Good report writing, planning, and organizing abilities
